Si je fais un site multi langues pour télécharger un logiciel, et que je réécris la licence pour chaque langage, quelle licence a la priorité ? La licence d'origine, française, ou la licence de la langue du "plaignant" ? Il s'agit certes d'un cas hypothétique, mais bon c'est toujours interessant....
Secondo, j'ai trouvé une licence sur le web dont les conditions me semblent s'adapter à un de mes logiciels :

S'agit il d'une licence connue ? Ou est ce qu'elle a été écrite simplement pour le jeu flash ou je l'ai trouvé ? (N Game, vraiment super ce jeu...)
