Office européen des brevets a prononcé la révocation totale du brevet Amazon, suite à une audience de la FFII (Foundation for a Free Information Infrastructure).
Il s'agit là d'un véritable brevet logiciel, même si Amazon a tenté d'y accrocher un support matériel (qui n'en est pour rien dans l'affaire).
